What uniform do you where?

In Crossfit and beyond, what is your SOP (standard operating procedure)? What uniform do you put on when you come in to train?  Dr. Julie Bell recently told me a story of 2 identical twin swimmers at a DI university. They consistently ranked 1 & 2 at each meet; twin #1 always receiving first and the other always taking second.  When the 1st place twin suffered an injury, leaving the other to go it alone, the result was the same: 2nd place (despite having better times than the race reflected). What was happening here? Well, twin #2 was used to "putting on" the 2nd place uniform. And that's my question to you: what uniform do you wear while you train? When you eat? Do you come into crossfit with the uniform of an elite athlete looking to improve or do you don the attire of a middle-aged nothing trying to "maintain"? Do you eat with the fat kid uniform on or that of the sage aware of his choices dictating performance? We are what we think, ladies and gents...

Such a true point.

I like to think I show up with the green speedo attitude.
